Am I an employee or a contractor?
You remain an independent clinician operating your own practice. This is a membership model where you pay a flat fee for office access and optional add-ons.
Is there a revenue split?
No. We do not take a percentage of your clinical revenue. You keep 100% of your reimbursement and client payments.
Who owns the credentialing and EMR?
You do. Credentialing and your clinical tools are set up in your name whenever possible, so everything is portable if you ever move locations.
Do you require SimplePractice?
SimplePractice is recommended because it creates the smoothest experience for scheduling, forms, and directory linking. If you use another system, we can provide a simple setup checklist instead.
How do billing and marketing work?
Billing and marketing support are optional add-ons. You can keep your current workflow, or add support only when it benefits you.
Do I have to see a minimum number of clients?
No. There is no minimum session requirement. You set your schedule, your pace, and your caseload.
Can associate-level clinicians join?
In many cases, yes, with the right supervision structure. Eligibility depends on licensure type, state rules, and payer restrictions. Apply and we’ll confirm whether you qualify.
What types of professionals are eligible?
We support a range of licensed mental health and medical professionals, including:
- Psychiatrists and physicians (MD, DO)
- Doctoral-level psychologists (PhD, PsyD)
- Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC)
- Associate-level clinicians under approved supervision (where allowed)
- NPs and PAs under supervision (where applicable)
What are the requirements to join?
- Active license in good standing
- Professional liability insurance (minimum $1M per claim / $3M aggregate)
- Completed and attested CAQH profile (if credentialing is requested)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI Type 1)
- DEA registration (if applicable)
- SimplePractice Plus account recommended (we can help set this up)
